We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address.
Please note that custom-order or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund. If the return is due to the consumer's reasons, they are responsible for the shipping fee, which will depend on the express company selected. If the return is due to our reasons, such as damaged or incorrect goods received, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee. No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification of receipt and will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank to confirm if there is any processing time involved. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
