HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moments an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take an additional 1-2 business days during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days before the tracking information is available.

Tax And Duties

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If there are any such charges, customers must pay them. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees only if they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.

We only charge taxes and fees for orders shipped to the following EU countries:

How To Change My Delivered Address?

If you realize that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team (service@vavdon.com) immediately. We will assist you in changing the delivery address before dispatch. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once the item has been dispatched.
